  Duties And Responsibilities    

  PURPOSE

• Maintain detailed documentation of inventory movements and transactions
• Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Ensure the efficient handling, storage, and packaging of inbound and out bound products to optimise warehouse operations
• Assist in maintaining a well-organised and efficient warehouse layout and logistics. and operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.

  ENGAGEMENT

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory issues, safety hazards, damages, or discrepancies

  DELIVERY

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or invoices. And prepare shipping documents,including labels and waybills, for outgoing orders. And assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Adhere to strict temperature control protocols for storage of temperature-
• sensitive medications including monitoring of warehouse ambient and cold chain temperatures
• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling of items for orders and proper handling and storage of sensitive pharmaceutical products.

Targeted Specialized Knowledge 

• Some prior experience in an office setting in a clerical role in the provision of transactional services.​
