Mission Objective

The Communications Department provides strategic and creative services in communications critical to achieving the organization’s mission through fostering effective stakeholder engagement, building brand awareness, and promoting the organization's key messages. Providing overall media support to EHA Clinics in scaling it’s mission.

As a Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator in our healthcare organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital and offline marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, enhance our online presence, and engage with our target audience effectively. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of marketing and communications, including social media management, content creation, content writing, email marketing, media relations, event management, impact reporting, SEO, and analytics.


           Duties & Responsibilities 


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, events, and educational content. Plan and execute marketing and communications strategies to support outreach initiatives and events
  • Generate engaging and compelling high-quality, content for newspapers and magazines, social media, infographics, blogs and in-clinic awareness to improve search rankings, customer engagement and drive traffic.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, segmenting target audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.


  • Work with team to develop and execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute comprehensive communications plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to align marketing strategies communications with organizational objectives and foster collaborative efforts.
  • Execute communication strategies for webinars, conferences, outreaches and activations. Collaborate on the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster brand affinity.


  • Regularly update and optimize website content and structure to enhance user experience, organic search rankings and drive traffic. Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and generate reports and ensure compliance with healthcare industry.
  • Conduct keyword research and monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics. Track and analyze key performance indicators related to digital marketing efforts. Conduct research on best practices and technical aspects of communications and engagement, staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, interviews, and statements. Prepare and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials to promote key initiatives and milestones.
  • Develop messaging and provide quality assurance related to informational content and product development including graphic designs, PPTs, fact sheets, case studies, success stories, brochures, profiles, and the preparation of talking points.

          Targeted Specialized Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of atleast 4 years in digital marketing, and marketing communications
  • Hands on experience of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy. Experienced in corporate communications and digital marketing
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance. Proficiency in digital marketing and communication tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
  • Professional Certification in Marketing or Communications. 4 – 6 years of experience in copywriting and editing. Proficient in the use of PowerPoint.
