The Senior Coordinator, Talent Management provides essential support to ensure the seamless execution of all talent programs. S/he is responsible for performance management, employee development, and succession planning. And he is passionate about creating a positive employee experience through career progression.
Duties And Responsibilities
PURPOSE
- Guide the implementation and maintenance of our Talent Management systems (eLearning System, Performance Software).
- Identify/determine opportunities to streamline talent processes and improve the overall employee and manager experience.
- Oversee the annual skills and performance review process, including system configuration, timeline communication, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Talent Management cycle, goal/KPI setting, and staff review feedback.
ENGAGEMENT
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding the performance management system and process.
- Advise managers on training needs and track training participation and evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and data analysis.
- Recommend and create clear communications, guides, and training materials to promote talent programs
- Provide direct support to the People and Culture Manager in preparing presentations for senior leadership on talent management.
DELIVERY
- Generate regular, timely and ad-hoc reports on talent metrics (promotion rates, succession readiness, program completion) to provide actionable insights on business strategy and partnership.
- Track participation and report on the effectiveness of development programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives.
- Maintain accurate talent data, including succession slates, high-potential employee lists, and development plans.
- Ensure data integrity across all talent management systems. And coordinate talent data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR coordination role, with direct exposure to talent management, performance management, or learning and development.
- Proficiency in talent management principles (performance management, career development, succession planning). Experience with coordinating training or company-wide events. And ability to interpret data and create basic reports.
- Familiarity with HRIS or Talent Management systems (Odoo). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
